Titanium Stick Express Titanium Putty/ Stick is a quick setting putty / stick which cures in 5 minutes for instant leak arrest. The putty bonds effectively on oily surface and under running pressure.
Common locations / causes of tranformer oil leak
Leak due to oil penetration through the bolts and threaded connections
Flange gasket failures of top cover/bottom cover of transformer lids
Bushing leak through the base mounting flanges
Leak through drain plug / On-line Tap Changer ( OLTC )/Level Dial gauge
Leak Through Weld seams and radiator fins
Failure of Gaskets on flapper and butterfly valves controlling the flow of oil between the radiator and main oil tank

Under Water Putty Our range of Under Water Putty/ Stick is used extensively for under water repair work. These make effective repair in chronically wet surfaces even under water. The putty penetrates wetness to bond securely to all metal & concrete substrates. This is mixed over polyethylene sheet and applied over leakage areas such as:
